We assist our clients with all stages of United States immigration law, from initial temporary trips for business, to applying for work visas and employment authorization, to immigrating to the United States, to applying for naturalization. With our typical focus on achieving results, we evaluate a case at the beginning to identify and solve potential issues before they become problems.

- Extraordinary ability petitions for foreign nationals
- Petitions for executives and managers
- Immigrant petitions for qualified religious workers
We also assist employers with obtaining the appropriate temporary (nonimmigrant) work visa for their employees, such as:
- Professional work visas (H-1B visas and similar visa categories, including H-1B1 for Singaporeans and Chileans and E-3s for Australians)
- E-1 and E-2 visas for Treaty Traders and Treaty Investors
- L-1A and L-1B visas for intra-company transferees
- O visas for extraordinary foreign nationals
- R visas for qualified religious workers
- TN status for Canadian and Mexican professionals
With family based immigration, we provide advice and assistance with obtaining the appropriate visa to the United States, including marriage and family petitions and fiancée (K-1) and overseas spouse (K-3) visa processing. We assist family members with all steps towards immigrating to the United States, including assisting with consular processing and attending interviews at Citizenship and Immigration Services offices.
We also assist our clients with applying for Unites States citizenship. We thoroughly review our client’s immigration history when preparing the naturalization application and closely monitor the entire naturalization process. At our clients’ request, we attend their naturalization interviews.
